SGM brings together small groups of church members and friends who covenant to meet regularly. The program is designed: to foster connection and caring; to provide for personal growth and spiritual development; and ultimately to strengthen the fabric of our community.

It is an excellent way for people new to FUUSA to meet and get to know others and for those who have been with us longer, to get to know newcomers at a deeper level. The sessions are guided by a facilitator, begin with an opportunity for each member to "check in" and continue with a discussion of an agreed upon topic of substance. The discussion is facilitated to stimulate personal reflection, sharing, insight and growth.

Groups are composed of 6 to 12 people. They meet for two hours twice a month from November through May. Newcomers may join throughout the year.
